Returns:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't, you may return the item in its original packaging and unused within 30 days of shipping date for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days will be eligible for store credit only.

Please fill out our Request Form to request return authorization and further instructions before returning your item(s).

Exchanges
:

Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size.   We will send you the requested item at no shipping cost to you.   Please call us at 914.421.1500 or fill out or Request Form initiate the exchange process.

We are unable to accept return or exchanged items without prior authorization. Failure to obtain this authorization before returning items will result in a 20% restocking fee. In the event of an exchange, items must be in our receipt before we can ship the exchanged items.  If you need the item quickly, we will ship immediately and charge your account.  When the exchanged item is received back in our shop, we will process the refund. Exchanges must also request a return authorization before processing.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our shop for your return/exchange and refund to be processed.  If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please call for further assistance. 
All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment.  Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only.  Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including tax, if applicable.  We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.  For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however domestic parcel packages are typically not traceable.

If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. Please call us at 914-421-1500 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

If an undamaged package is refused by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fees, the 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are not refunded.

An incorrect address entered by the customer is subject to a $10 rerouting fee, and must be approved by the customer while in transit.
